Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering and technology experience, including 10+ years in leadership.
• 10+ years delivering production software with deep software architecture and cloud-native skills.
• 5+ years in cloud architecture and evaluating tradeoffs across complex environments.
• 10+ years leading software teams within biotechnology or biopharmaceuticals.
• Proven track record building engineering leaders and improving delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the software engineering organization with standards and operating rhythms.
• Build and develop senior engineers and leaders; enable ownership and accountability.
• Define performance expectations and clear career progression across teams.
• Establish portfolio management practices to forecast priorities, capacity and risks.
• Oversee full-stack application and integration engineering for scientific workflows.
• Partner with Product Management to align priorities and capacity across the digital portfolio.
• Collaborate across Digital (Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity) to leverage enterprise platforms.
