Moderna is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to join the Digital Commercial Engineering team in Seattle, WA. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 10+ years total experience, with at least 6+ years in technical program management for complex, cross-functional software or digital initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with multi-market scope.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience in regulated industries (biotech, pharma, healthcare) and data privacy considerations.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with both Business and Technical stakeholders across multi geography teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Business Stakeholders to understand digital, customer, and business needs; translate into actionable deliverables shaping product and data direction.
• Lead end-to-end program planning and execution with integrated delivery roadmaps, managing scope, schedules, dependencies, and budgets.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive consensus on technical and data solutions and manage data dependencies.
• Partner with Engineering to leverage enterprise data capabilities, governance, and delivery across markets.
• Drive data-informed prioritization and transparent reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement in digital delivery; mentor TPMs and project managers.
