Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific, medical, or related field.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, including new product planning and portfolio strategy.
• Experience leading product and portfolio strategy across discovery and early development.
• Strong understanding of oncology biology and clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the early oncology product strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Develop target product profiles linking mechanism of action to patient populations.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and present recommendations to senior leaders.
• Incorporate scientific, clinical, and market evidence to guide development paths.
• Collaborate with Research, Development, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams.
