Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics seeks a Product Manager to bridge scientific workflows with internal software platforms (Benchling and AI-enabled tools). You’ll own end-to-end delivery from requirements discovery to rollout, aligning with data strategy and platform standards.

You will partner with scientists and developers, drive backlogs, and craft release documentation to enable scalable, reusable solutions across teams. This is a strategic role in Moderna’s Digital organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life sciences, informatics, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience using or administering Benchling and integrating it with secondary applications.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and partner effectively with scientific and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with scientific teams to understand software-related use cases and support their business needs.
• Capture and refine user requirements; translate into structured designs and user stories.
• Lead requirements gathering and design workshops; develop data models and release documentation.
• Backlog management to balance scientific needs, business value, and technical constraints.
• Define integration strategies to enable data flow across internal systems.
