Citi in New York is seeking a Head of Small Business Card Customer Growth (Senior Vice President) for a hybrid work arrangement across key U.S. markets.

You will lead growth strategy for Citi's small business credit card portfolio, define roadmaps for capabilities, offers, and pricing, and partner with Sales, Risk and Product to drive measurable outcomes. This executive role requires 10+ years in product sales, deep knowledge of small business banking, and strong stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product sales experience in banking.
• Extensive experience in the small business banking segment.
• Ability to translate market insight into clear commercial strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cross-sell dynamics in consumer/small business banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for the small business credit card segment.
• Define KPIs to track performance and growth targets.
• Monitor competitive landscape and sharpen positioning.
• Collaborate with Risk and Pricing to balance growth and credit outcomes.
• Optimize marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Build relationships with Product, Marketing, Operations and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in growth initiatives.
