PepsiCo in Plano, TX seeks a senior Director to define and execute the ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more within the Center for Enablement. You will partner with business and technology leaders to drive modernization, automation, governance, and scalable delivery.

Lead architecture reviews, guide DevOps practices, promote TOGAF and cloud adoption, and drive microservices and API/data modeling.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in enterprise architecture and service delivery.
Strong TOGAF or equivalent framework experience.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow, cloud platforms, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies.
Oversee solution architecture, with focus on scalability and security.
Define and govern ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GCC.
Lead architectural reviews and technical decision making for ServiceNow initiatives.
Drive platform roadmap, debt management, and upgrade strategy.
Guide DevOps, CI/CD, and SDLC practices for ServiceNow development.
Promote TOGAF, cloud adoption (Azure, AWS), and modern architectural frameworks.
Guide design of microservices, data architecture, and API/data modeling.
Foster innovation and cross-functional collaboration; ensure governance and compliance.
Mentor architects and leaders; build capability and talent pipelines.
Drive GenAI, automation, and digital employee experience initiatives.
Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
