Job summary

PepsiCo in Plano, TX seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape agentic architecture for Agentforce and AssistNow, govern patterns, and enable scalable, secure SaaS deployments.

You will collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to drive reviews and ensure alignment with platform standards and governance. This role requires extensive enterprise architecture experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise architecture / platform engineering.
• Proven experience architecting AI/agentic solutions in production.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and ServiceNow AssistNow is a plus.
• Strong security, governance, auditability, and operability in architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture patterns for Agentforce and AssistNow implementations.
• Document, maintain, and update engineering principles, governance framework, and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with enterprise platform teams to ensure architecture reviews and approvals.
• Enable cross-platform adoption with clear documentation and guidance.
