Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction projects for Senior Living communities.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Supervise project managers and consultants.
• Manage pre-construction planning, bidding, contract administration, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain communications with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly cost and communication reports.
