Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking an Affordable Housing Administrator (Project Management) at College Arms Towers in DeLand to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver quality services to residents in a senior living community.

You will lead staff, ensure adherence to policies, maintain property condition, and support residents and employees while upholding HUD regulations and applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business administration, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience in property management.
• Experience in retirement industry preferred.
• Experience with HUD regulations preferred.
• Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Ability to read and understand financial statements.
• Self-motivated with ability to set and carry out goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all policies, procedures, and standards established by the organization are followed.
• Compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the operation of the community.
• Oversight of staff including selection, development, evaluation, and retention of staff.
• Maintenance of all physical properties of the community to insure they are kept in good repair and operating condition.
• Ensures positive liaison between the residents, community staff, and Management Services personnel.
• Prepares for and ensures the community meets the internal and external audit standards.
