SESI Schools is seeking a Senior Director of Partnerships to lead two large territories with approximately $20M in revenue responsibility. You will manage Directors of Partnerships, translate state plans into actionable targets, and ensure qualified pipeline and accurate forecasts across SESI’s programs.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will shape district relationships, recruit and ramp new leaders, and drive disciplined execution with a strong emphasis on MEDDIC/SPIN

Formación

• 10+ years in education-focused sales or business development.
• Experience leading sales professionals.
• Proven track record growing territories and exceeding revenue targets.
• Knowledge of K-12 district partnerships and SESI programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of territory growth targets and coach Directors of Partnerships (DOPs).
• Lead pipeline reviews and ensure qualified pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Translate three-year state plans into annual targets and district actions.
• Maintain CRM data quality and governance; drive Power BI reporting for forecasts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing and Operations on contracts and program design to ensure alignment.
