Based at the Littleton site, you will travel domestically and internationally as needed to pursue opportunities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions meet customer requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field required.
• 15+ years in business development, program management, or systems engineering in aerospace.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proven track record securing large contracts and managing strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead satellite-focused business development initiatives for defense applications.
• Develop and execute capture strategies for large government contracts.
• Engage stakeholders to align Rocket Lab solutions with evolving needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling proposals.
