Qualifications

• 15+ years in BD, program management, or systems engineering in aerospace.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Proven track record of securing large contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead satellite-focused business development initiatives, including defense applications.
• Develop capture strategies for large contracts and manage strategic relationships.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure Rocket Lab solutions meet evolving needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals with cross-functional teams to win new business.
• Monitor industry trends and coordinate with partners to expand opportunities.
• Grow existing relationships to identify additional satellite opportunities.
• Represent Rocket Lab at conferences and customer meetings; travel as needed.
