Job summary

The Hinckley Company is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead the operational infrastructure supporting the Sales organization and own the CRM strategy across Sales and Service. You will drive regional business development initiatives, lead Sales Administration, budgeting, forecasting, and system improvements to ensure efficient, aligned performance across the organization.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the yachting and luxury market.
• Exceptional customer service and long-term relationship building.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software tools.
• Experience in the luxury market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business development strategies to drive 10% YoY revenue growth in sales and brokerage.
• Lead Sales Administration and establish operational standards across sales support functions.
• Own Salesforce and related CRM governance, training, and reporting.
• Develop annual operating budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate across Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and IT for process improvements.
