Job Summary

Responsible for designing Sales Compensation programs. Engages with senior leadership regarding the implementation and ongoing administration of sales compensation plans. Provides leadership for diverse and complex functions and contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee compensation plan strategy, design, policy, and governance for residential sales compensation.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales compensation plan design.
  • Design KPIs and performance measures to evaluate plan effectiveness and impact on sales behaviors.
  • Monitor and adjust sales compensation plans based on market analysis, sales performance, and business needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative compensation products, including deployment, training, and adoption support.
  • Consult with senior leaders to align sales compensation solutions with business strategies.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and development for the compensation team.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
