Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven success leading large-scale tech modernization or cloud transformation
• Experience partnering with software engineering, enterprise architecture, data, and platform teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs involving both business and technology stakeholders
• Experience driving organizational change management and enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through technology investment and process transformation
