We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Senior Director, Systems & Process Tools to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the platforms and processes that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations. This is a unique opportunity to own and execute the strategic vision for our GTM systems, process, data, and technology stack—positioning LogicMonitor for scalable growth and long-term success.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll build and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team, ensure our systems and data infrastructure enable fast, data-driven decision-making, and actively partner with stakeholders to evolve and scale mission-critical tools.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Strategic Leadership & Business Architecture

  • Define and implement business architecture that aligns with corporate strategy and supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Translate business needs into cohesive processes and systems capabilities across GTM operations and supporting functions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure systems support shared revenue goals and customer-centric outcomes.
  • Integrate GTM systems and processes with partner/channel operations and provisioning models to support scalability.

Process Optimization & Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end process design and optimization across the full customer lifecycle—from lead generation through renewal.
  • Oversee the Program Management Office (PMO) responsible for planning and delivering critical cross-functional systems initiatives.
  • Establish governance frameworks and change management protocols to ensure process consistency and drive user adoption.
  • Own and evolve the architecture and functionality of core revenue platforms, including:
    • MarTech: Lead management, campaign orchestration, and marketing automation.
    • SalesTech: CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement, engagement tools, and forecasting.
    • CPQ & CLM: Configure Price Quote and Contract Lifecycle Management implementation and optimization.
    • PRM: Partner Relationship Management tools for channel enablement and deal registration.
    • Quote-to-Cash (Q2C): End-to-end ownership to support scalable and compliant revenue operations.
    • Deal Desk: Streamline scalable, efficient, and compliant deal processes through embedded workflows, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Data teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations and a seamless user experience.
  • Define and implement a data architecture strategy that ensures data consistency, governance, and actionable insights.
  • Enable advanced analytics for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by aligning systems design with reporting and dashboard needs.
  • Standardize key definitions (e.g., customer, product, ARR) to support unified analytics and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives to streamline the tech stack and reduce operational friction while improving time-to-value.
  • Champion automation, self-service, and intelligent system design that enhances efficiency and user experience.

People Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of system architects, program managers, and analysts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
  • Provide coaching, development, and career growth opportunities across disciplines.

What You'll Need:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred; equivalent experience in strategic leadership, organizational development, or related fields will also be considered.
  • 15+ years of experience in business systems, GTM operations, or enterprise transformation roles.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
  • Proven success in supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through system enablement and process design.
  • Expertise in business and data architecture, including modeling, governance, and taxonomy alignment.
