We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Senior Director, Systems & Process Tools to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the platforms and processes that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations. This is a unique opportunity to own and execute the strategic vision for our GTM systems, process, data, and technology stack—positioning LogicMonitor for scalable growth and long-term success.

In this role, you’ll align business and data architecture with enterprise systems to support go-to-market execution, product lifecycle management, and digital transformation. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning MarTech, SalesTech, NPI, Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, Deal Desk, Program Management, Data Architecture, and Business Architecture.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll build and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team, ensure our systems and data infrastructure enable fast, data-driven decision-making, and actively partner with stakeholders to evolve and scale mission-critical tools. Strategic Leadership & Business Architecture

  • Define and implement business architecture that aligns with corporate strategy and supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Translate business needs into cohesive processes and systems capabilities across GTM operations and supporting functions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure systems support shared revenue goals and customer-centric outcomes.
  • Integrate GTM systems and processes with partner/channel operations and provisioning models to support scalability.

Process Optimization & Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end process design and optimization across the full customer lifecycle—from lead generation through renewal.
  • Oversee the Program Management Office (PMO) responsible for planning and delivering critical cross-functional systems initiatives.
  • Establish governance frameworks and change management protocols to ensure process consistency and drive user adoption.
  • Own and evolve the architecture and functionality of core revenue platforms, including:
    • MarTech:Lead management, campaign orchestration, and marketing automation.
    • SalesTech:CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement, engagement tools, and forecasting.
    • CPQ & CLM:Configure Price Quote and Contract Lifecycle Management implementation and optimization.
    • PRM:Partner Relationship Management tools for channel enablement and deal registration.
    • Quote-to-Cash (Q2C):End-to-end ownership to support scalable and compliant revenue operations.
    • Deal Desk:Streamline scalable, efficient, and compliant deal processes through embedded workflows, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Data teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations and a seamless user experience.
  • Define and implement a data architecture strategy that ensures data consistency, governance, and actionable insights.
  • Enable advanced analytics for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by aligning systems design with reporting and dashboard needs.
  • Standardize key definitions (e.g., customer, product, ARR) to support unified analytics and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives to streamline the tech stack and reduce operational friction while improving time-to-value.
  • Champion automation, self-service, and intelligent system design that enhances efficiency and user experience.

People Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of system architects, program managers, and analysts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
  • Provide coaching, development, and career growth opportunities across disciplines.

What You'll Need:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred; equivalent experience in strategic leadership, organizational development, or related fields will also be considered.
  • 15+ years of experience in business systems, GTM operations, or enterprise transformation roles.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
  • Proven success in supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through system enablement and process design.
  • Expertise in business and data architecture, including modeling, governance, and taxonomy alignment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, CLM/CPQ, and enterprise integration platforms.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic communication skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, drive innovation, or support problem-solving.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:

$215,160 — $280,000 USD
