Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a senior sales leader in Huntington Beach to deliver volume, revenue, gross profit and operating income targets across customers and channels. The role leads cross-functional teams with marketing and supply chain to execute price plans, promotions and channel tactics while driving ROI and business results.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s with 10+ years’ related experience and 6+ years in leadership, or a high school diploma with 13+ years of specific experience

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing large teams and complex channels.
• Strong track record in pricing, promotions, andRevenue Growth Management.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and field sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver volume, revenue, gross profit, and operating income targets for all customers and channels.
• Manage spirits DSD, pricing structures, and scan programs to maximize customer value while ensuring compliance.
• Lead channel tactics with regional offices and deploy priorities with market unit field teams.
• Develop and refine promotions to improve ROI and align with supplier Revenue Growth Management.
• Coordinate weekly cross-functional discussions and monthly performance reviews to drive results.
