  • Manage exceptions and escalations for top accounts and critical delivery programs
  • Guide and mentor the Resource Management team (Managers, Analysts, Associates)
  • Partner with Segment, Talent, and Delivery leaders on hiring plans and fulfillment targets
  • Own executive reporting on fulfillment velocity, bench, forecast accuracy, and gaps
Qualifications
  • 10–15+ years in resource management, delivery operations, or workforce planning within consulting or services orgs
  • 5+ years of experience leading global capacity or staffing operations, with demonstrated P&L or delivery influence
  • Must have experience leading a geographically dispersed Resource Management Office supporting project delivery using resources across multiple global regions

  • Strong executive presence, analytical depth, and cross‑functional leadership credibility
  • Knowledge of various delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid), ITIL frameworks, and digital transformation trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, external and internal client‑focused environment.
