Job summary

Ondaro is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Support Architect to join our team. You will lead the architectural design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform, coordinating with analysts, architects, and engineers to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions for clients.

You will guide workshops, act as the technical interface to customers, and mentor other technical team members while driving best practices and platform standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow.
• Certified System Administrator.
• HAM/SAM CIS Certifications.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred); or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Hands-on development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow product lines with CIS certifications (e.g., Sec/Risk, CSM, ITOM).
• Experience scripting in ServiceNow using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite and virtual technical requirements gathering workshops.
• Act as the key technical interface between the customer and the development team.
• Lead a team of internal technical resources to deliver support, enhancements, and project deliverables.
• Take ownership of the quality of the technical requirements delivered to business users on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of the ServiceNow platform and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on ServiceNow capabilities and advocate continuous improvement.

Ondaro is currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Support Architect to join our growing company. As an Ondaro Architect, you will work with analysts, architects, and other engineers, leveraging technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in enhancing both employee and customer workflows, helping to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead onsite and virtual technical requirements gathering workshops
• Act as the key technical interface between the Cask development team and the customer
• Lead a team of internal technical resources to deliver on support, enhancement, and project deliverables
• Takes overall ownership of the quality of the technical requirements delivered to our business users on the ServiceNow platform
• Lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of the ServiceNow platform and integrations
• Identify potential opportunities for improvement based on ServiceNow capabilities and instill a spirit of continuous improvement
• Research partner or vendor solutions to advise on optimal tools for integrations to meet client requirements
• Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
• Partnership with peer practices to define dependencies and prerequisites required for solution and platform success
• Communicate, enforce, and integrate development best practices and technology standards
• Actively reduce technical debt and drive platform standards
• Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP
• Assist pre-sales team with scoping service engagements typically involving ServiceNow products and complex integrations with client applications/systems
• Provide mentorship to other technical team members on technical design standards and best practices
• Proactively maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the latest ServiceNow platform and product offerings
• Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow Products related to your domain expertise
• Participates in creating differentiated go-to-market thought leadership
• Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow platform, leading ServiceNow best practices, advancements, and innovation
• Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products
• Perform research into technology partners or other vendor solutions in the context of client requirements for integration
• Contribute to the continual improvement of Cask Technical processes, standards, and thought leadership
• May manage other Coopers
• Serves as Technical Lead on projects
• Conducts complex work, with latitude for independent judgment

• Highly skilled and proficient in the discipline.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of general business or IT experience.
• HAM/SAM CIS Certifications.

Note: Base salary range is $150,000 - $170,000 base plus bonus/commission.. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
