Job summary

Ondaro is seeking a Corporate Counsel to lead its Legal and Contracts function and report to the CEO. You will be the first call for legal guidance across the leadership team and will head the contracts team.

You will advise on commercial, employment, privacy, IP, and corporate matters across the countries where we operate, and will draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
• 3–5 years of legal experience focused on commercial, technology, or employment law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and software or IT services agreements.
• Working knowledge of employment law, data privacy, and intellectual property.
• Clear, practical communication that helps nonlawyers make decisions with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Resolve contract disputes, claims, amendments, and terminations
• Train Sales, Delivery, and leaders on contract terms and legal risk

As our Corporate Counsel, you will report directly to our CEO and leadOndaro’sLegal and Contracts function. You will be the first call for legal advice across our leadership team, and you will lead our contracts team.

You will help us grow with confidence by giving clear, practical advice that weighs legal risk against business goals. This role fits a lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to lead and wants to shape the legal function at a growing global company.

What you will do

What you'll bring to the table

• JD from an accredited law school

• Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and software or IT services agreements
• Working knowledge of employment law, data privacy, and intellectual property
• Clear, practical communication that helps nonlawyers make decisions with confidence

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, IT services, or SaaS
• ServiceNow ecosystem experience
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and public sector contracting
• Experience supporting a global organization
• CCCM or CIPP/US certification

Note: Base salary range is $115,000 - $175,000 USD This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
