RealPage, Inc. is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive the resident lifecycle strategy for FinTech and Resident Experience. You will manage a four-person team, set priorities, and collaborate with product, MarTech, and data teams to deliver targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site channels.

The role focuses on building personalized lifecycle programs, expanding to digital channels, and driving measurable growth through efficient, data-driven marketing execution.

Formación

• 10+ years of consumer lifecycle or growth marketing experience with team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of four and own resident marketing strategy.
• Drive multichannel campaigns from strategy through optimization (email, SMS, in-app).
• Build personalized lifecycle programs connecting residents with services.
• Partner with product, MarTech, data teams to improve automation and data use.
• Establish performance goals and reporting on engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.
