RealPage is seeking a Senior Director of Resident Marketing to lead a four-person team and own the resident marketing strategy and campaign roadmap. You will set priorities, develop talent, and drive campaigns that strengthen resident relationships on behalf of our clients, increasing product adoption and driving measurable business growth.

You will partner across product, product marketing, MarTech, customer success and data teams to turn ideas into effective campaigns and build personalized

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in consumer lifecycle or growth marketing with team leadership.
• FinTech or consumer financial services marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to set marketing strategy and deliver measurable campaigns.
• End-to-end ownership of multichannel campaigns including segmentation and testing.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and data collaboration.
• Experience using behavior data to guide decisions.
• Journey mapping experience is a plus.
