Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing leader to own the resident marketing strategy and campaign roadmap, reporting to the VP and leading a team of four.

You will set priorities, develop talent, and drive campaigns that strengthen resident relationships and grow adoption across the resident journey. In this role you will build personalized lifecycle programs, advance marketing automation, and partner with product, MarTech, data, and customer success teams to turn ideas into measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer lifecycle, growth, or B2B2C marketing with team management experience.
• FinTech or consumer financial services marketing exposure preferred.
• Experience leading multichannel campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on with marketing automation platforms and data collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four, setting goals and coaching for results.
• Own resident marketing strategy and campaign planning across channels.
• Drive campaigns from strategy to optimization, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging; expand to SEO/SEM and social.
• Build personalized lifecycle programs connecting residents with relevant services.
