RealPage is seeking a Sr. Director, Resident Marketing (B2C/B2B2C) to lead a four-person team and own the resident marketing strategy and campaign roadmap.

The role focuses on lifecycle programs, marketing automation, and data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and expanding to SEO/SEM/social channels. You will partner with product, MarTech, and data teams to drive measurable growth, improve resident engagement, and strengthen relationships for PMCs and residents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years marketing experience with lifecycle or B2B2C
• Experience leading and developing teams
• FinTech or financial services marketing preferred
• End-to-end multichannel campaign ownership with segmentation
• Experience with journey mapping a plus
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate deliverables
