RealPage, Inc. is seeking a senior marketing leader to own the resident lifecycle strategy and campaign roadmap. You will lead a four‑person team, setting priorities and driving campaigns that strengthen resident relationships and grow product adoption.

You will collaborate across product, MarTech, and data teams to advance automation, segmentation, and data‑driven decision making in a remote, nationwide capacity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer, lifecycle, growth, or B2B2C marketing with team leadership.
• FinTech or consumer financial services marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strategic marketing track record.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of four, setting goals and coaching for results.
• Own resident marketing strategy and campaign planning across channels.
• Drive multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, in‑app) and expand to digital channels.
• Build personalized lifecycle programs that connect residents with services.
• Partner with product, MarTech, data teams to optimize automation and data use.
