Aperio Philanthropy LLC seeks a Senior Director of Client Services to lead a portfolio of 5-10 clients, directing account teams and mentoring staff. The role centers on high-impact client service, advisory leadership, and strategic growth within a collaborative, growth-oriented nonprofit environment.

The position blends hands-on client work, leadership duties, and business development, with a focus on elevating fundraising outcomes and organizational capacity across the Aperio network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in relationship-based fundraising, including 5+ years focusing on philanthropic revenue from a portfolio of donors, foundations, and companies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow large, complex teams.
• Experience soliciting $100,000+ gifts.
• Experience managing complex projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for 5-10 active clients within advisory, project lead, or account team roles.
• Guide account teams with strategic direction, day-to-day guidance, and apprenticeship opportunities.
• Foster alignment and collaboration within the account team to deliver high-impact solutions.
