Job summary

Aperio Philanthropy LLC is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Client Services to lead and grow fundraising partnerships with nonprofit clients in a hybrid work environment. You will guide strategic planning, donor engagement, and project execution to maximize philanthropic revenue and impact.

You will spend ~80% of time supporting clients and ~20% on business development, building relationships, expanding the client portfolio, and championing Aperio’s values in fundraising excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in relationship-based fundraising (major gifts, foundations, or corporate partnerships).
• 3+ years’ experience focusing full-time on generating philanthropic revenue from a portfolio of individuals, foundations, and/or companies.
• Experience soliciting $100,000+ gifts.
• Experience managing complex projects to successful completion.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of nonprofit clients to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and articulate client fundraising strategies and actionable project plans.
• Project-manage client engagements with defined objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build internal capacity for efficient fundraising and foster trust with client stakeholders.
• Engage in business development to expand Aperio’s client portfolio and thought leadership.
