Aperio Philanthropy LLC is seeking an Associate, Strategic Services to support a portfolio of nonprofit clients and to drive our Client Services and Strategic Services collaboration. You will manage projects, refine processes, and contribute to data, analytics, and resource development.

Remote role (East/Central time zones preferred) with opportunities to collaborate across the Expert Network, develop resources for Aperio’s library, and support fundraising growth strategies.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience; fundraising, events or consulting preferred
• Analytical capabilities with advanced Excel experience
• Operationally minded with strong detail orientation and follow-through
• Strong relationship, collaboration, and written/oral communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of staff, clients and vendors
• Ability to manage up and ask the right questions of leadership
• Ability to design fool‑proof systems and processes
• Proactive in streamlining operations and improving processes
• Experience managing complex projects to successful outcomes
• Self-starter with minimal direction and supervision
• Eagerness to learn new knowledge and skills
• CRM experience preferred
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Willingness to travel for assignments

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Client Services and Strategic Services for high‑quality deliverables
• Lead day‑to‑day project execution with agendas, notes, and action tracking in Asana
• Develop actionable project plans and leverage Aperio Resources for delivery
• Design and refine systems to support operations and reporting
• Coordinate activities across diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Support Senior VP on capacity‑building initiatives, including AI and resource development
• Prepare communications and planning topics for client discussions
• Enter business development information into the CRM and assist with scheduling
• Create team resources and share insights from analyses
