Job summary

Aperio Philanthropy LLC is hiring an Associate, Strategic Services. The role remotely supports a portfolio of nonprofit clients within Aperio’s Strategic Services team, ensuring seamless integration of products, approaches, resources, and standards into Client Services workflows.

The Associate brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong organization, and collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality client experiences aligned with Aperio’s mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fundraising, events or consulting.
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Operationally minded with exceptional attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Excellent written and oral communication with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of nonprofit clients and support Client Services and Strategic Services teams.
• Lead day‑to‑day project execution: agendas, notes, action tracking, follow‑through.
• Develop and execute actionable project plans leveraging Aperio Resources.
• Design and refine systems to support operations and reporting.
• Coordinate activities of diverse stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
• Support senior leadership on capacity‑building initiatives and resource development.
• Provide data collection, reporting, and analysis to inform fundraising growth strategies.
• Create resources for the team's knowledge library and vendor communications.
