Job summary

Aperio Philanthropy LLC seeks an Associate Director/Director, Client Services to guide nonprofit clients toward sustainable fundraising growth. You will partner with Aperio teams to shape strategy, manage portfolios, and drive results across major gifts, foundations, and corporate partnerships.

In addition to client work, you will lead business development with a focus on expanding Aperio’s client network, manage relationships, and contribute to thought leadership in the sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relationship-based fundraising (major gifts/foundations or corporate partnerships).
• 3+ years focusing full-time on generating revenue from a donor portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of nonprofit clients to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and articulate client fundraising strategies and plans.
• Translate strategies into concrete project plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Project-manage client engagements and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Collaborate with Aperio team to build internal capacity for fundraising.
