Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Computer Vision Inference to lead 2-3 ML engineering teams developing and deploying real-time video analytics across cameras and edge devices. You will drive end-to-end pipelines, optimize inference, and collaborate across hardware, firmware, R&D, and product teams to deliver high-performance, manufacturing-grade solutions.
The role demands deep CV and DL expertise, strong leadership of 20–30 engineers, and a start-up mentality to navigate
Competenze
- Master’s or PhD in CV/AI/CS or related field.
- 7+ years leading CV and DL teams delivering edge/embedded software.
- 5+ years hands-on CV model development and optimization.
- Proven ability to translate customer problems into technical roadmaps.
Mansioni
- Lead 2-3 ML engineering teams building and deploying computer vision and deep learning solutions across cameras and edge appliances.
- Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines for real-time operation on edge hardware.
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, platform, and product teams to de-risk integrations.
- Drive high-performance ML inference and latency optimization across platforms.
- Define metrics and quality benchmarks for mission-critical environments.
- Mentor and develop ML and CV engineers to enhance capabilities.
