Job summary

Prudential Financial’s PGIM unit seeks a Senior Director for Real Estate product management in Newark, NJ. You will shape product strategy, coordinate with Real Estate, Product Strategy, Marketing, and Sales, and influence decisions that impact clients and stakeholders.

You will report to the Head of Product Marketing and Management and operate in a hybrid office setting. The role demands leadership, market awareness, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA or MBA preferred.
• Series 7 license required.
• Strong real estate/infrastructure expertise; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of private market products, ETFs, MF/other investment vehicles.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry issues.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with PGIM Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Position Real Estate products and drive positioning and strategy.
• Identify issues affecting the product line and propose solutions.
• Contribute to strategic direction; review and enhance product line elements (pricing, benchmarks, limits).
• Collaborate with sales and internal partners on materials and product positioning.
• Act as advocate for the product line; maintain information flow and processes.
• Monitor markets, publications, flows, performance, and competition.
• Present product updates to sales teams and leadership.
• Train staff on products and changes; support new product launches.
• Support competitive analysis and positioning.
