The role reports to the Head of Product Marketing and Management at PGIM and operates on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days. Ideal candidates have CFA/MBA and Series 7, plus 7+ years in real estate/infrastructure and product

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA or MBA preferred; Series 7 license required.
• Strong real estate/infrastructure expertise and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Solid understanding of private markets, ETFs, MF, and other investment vehicles.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects on time.

Aufgaben

• Position Real Estate products based on PGIM Real Estate data and market sources.
• Identify issues affecting the product line and recommend next steps.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and review product line changes.
• Collaborate with sales management and internal partners on materials and positioning.
• Present product updates to sales teams and key stakeholders.
• Drive relationships with Institutional and Global Wealth Distribution.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing product education.
• Monitor markets, publications, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
