Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, seeks a Senior Director to shape product marketing for PGIM Real Estate. You will partner with real estate, product strategy, marketing, sales, compliance, and fund administration to drive collaboration and innovation, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing and Management.

Based in Newark, NJ, this hybrid role requires strong communication, market insight, and the ability to translate complex strategies into compelling materials; you will

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFA or MBA preferred.
• Series 7 license required.
• Solid understanding of real estate / infrastructure assets.
• Strong knowledge of private markets, ETFs, and investment vehicles.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Position Real Estate products based on PGIM Real Estate data and external sources.
• Identify issues impacting the product line and propose solutions.
• Shape strategic direction of the product line (pricing, benchmarks, portfolio limits).
• Collaborate with Sales on positioning and materials development.
• Advocate for the product line and navigate internal processes.
• Review work for accuracy and messaging consistency.
• Monitor markets, publications, flows, and competition.
• Present updates to sales teams.
• Work with internal groups on structure and positioning of new products.
• Train staff on product lines and changes.
