The role collaborates with Development, Construction, Design, Operations, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, HR, and Technology to drive efficiency, consistency, and transparency across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Significant experience in real estate development or development operations.
• Strong knowledge of governance, underwriting, and development pipeline management.
• Experience managing budgets, organizational performance metrics, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development governance with tools, policies, and approval frameworks.
• Oversee Investment Committee materials, timelines, and analytics.
• Build scalable development processes and reporting tools.
• Drive continuous improvement across regions and functions.
• Lead executive and public reporting for development initiatives.
