Vivmark Residential is seeking a Director, Asset Management to drive strategy and performance for a multifamily portfolio. You will partner with Operations, Investments, Development, Construction, and Finance to optimize asset value and returns.

The role requires 7+ years in asset management with strong financial modeling skills and experience with complex ownership structures. Excellent leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA, Master's in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years in asset management/real estate investments/underwriting or multifamily operations.
• Strong multifamily real estate experience required.
• Experience with institutional investors or joint ventures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management for a portfolio of multifamily communities.
• Develop strategies to grow NOI, monetize amenities, optimize revenues, and reduce costs.
• Analyze market conditions and asset performance to identify value creation opportunities.
• Create and maintain long-range asset strategies and 10-year cash flow projections.
• Lead capital investment decisions and measure post‑investment performance.
• Collaborate with operations, development, and finance to drive investment returns.
