Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience conducting data quality assurance, preparing reports, troubleshooting data issues, and providing feedback.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well within a diverse team and foster relationships with colleagues and partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and identify improvements for surveillance system applications and report to the Director of Surveillance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of surveillance system issues with DIS/DIT/EDRS systems.
• Coordinate with DIS surveillance programs to ensure data quality and timely implementation of requirements.
• Develop and maintain bi-weekly and monthly surveillance unit reports for leadership visibility.
• Plan dashboards for senior leadership and coordinate with IT teams on data sources.
