CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model and drive strategic initiatives on the Network team. The role partners with stakeholders and senior leadership to optimize performance and delivery across a national scope.

You will develop governance, manage timelines and budgets, and craft executive‑level communications. The position offers a hybrid Hartford arrangement with potential remote options for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Ability to design and deliver high‑impact executive presentations.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience adjusting priorities and working independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment and milestone tracking.
• Monitor performance and ensure cost‑effective delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Create and deliver presentations for executive leadership to support decision‑making.
• Lead governance and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize network infrastructure.
