• Ten years of utility industry experience in power/engineering/project management.
• Five years of utility finance or planning with budgeting or portfolio management.
• Three years of experience managing employees / leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Asset Management System elements and policies to support reliability.
• Oversee strategy and investments aligned to asset and corporate goals.
• Direct short- and long-range investment portfolios and projects from regional plans.
• Develop business case assessments providing justification and cost analyses.
• Provide analytical support in investment planning and resource development.
• Manage portfolio change, risk mitigation, and reporting to leadership.
• Develop a project controls center of excellence and standardized reporting.
