The New York Power Authority (NYPA) seeks an experienced program controls professional to oversee daily management and coordination of operations, budgets, and investments in infrastructure and technology. You will analyze and approve strategic investments to meet business needs, while ensuring alignment with long‑term portfolio goals.

Accountable for the daily management and coordination of NYPA's overall operations, including overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating the operational performance; directing the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources; analyzing and approving operational investments that best meet the organization's business needs.
Program Controls is responsible for the direction and integration of project and program governance across NYPA's Operations Business Unit, including Capital and Maintenance programs. Supports the organization's approach to full life cycle project delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives and the efficient, consistent, and successful delivery of all work programs. #LI-VB1
Up to 25% travel primarily within NY State
The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $184,800. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
