Job summary

Symbotic seeks a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead the Project Execution Group and own the full portfolio of core projects across customer sites. You’ll ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of modifications and upgrades to live systems while building the team and managing executive-level customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project or program management experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing executive-level relationships and live-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of core Symbotic projects end to end across customer sites.
• Lead, develop, and manage the performance of Project Managers across the portfolio.
• Act as customer relationship owner for project execution and escalation point for issues.
• Maintain cost-control across the portfolio including budgets and stage-gate discipline.
