Responsibilities include establishing delivery strategies, governance structures, mentoring managers and senior staff, and influencing staffing and delivery models while contributing to internal tools and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Thirteen+ years of related experience with 2+ years of management.
• Advanced project controls skills and strategic direction ability.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
• Experience across construction, life sciences, data centers or related fields.
• Expert in client relations, management and consulting.
• Ability to contribute to the department's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery.
• Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures.
• Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders.
• Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.
• Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models.
• Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.
