Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee controls delivery across multiple projects and programs, balancing hands-on leadership with team oversight and client-facing accountability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years of experience with at least 2 years in management, and strong cost and schedule control expertise across construction, life sciences, data centers, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred and professional certification preferred.
• Ten or more years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.
• Advanced project controls skills and client-facing consulting capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost and schedule management across multiple projects.
• Act as escalation point for complex controls issues.
• Provide QA/QC review of forecasts, schedules, and reporting.
• Lead client meetings related to project controls.
• Manage and mentor Senior Project Controls staff.
• Support resourcing and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate third-party plans and cost/schedule components into a comprehensive cost plan.
