Job summary

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, including with clients and senior agency teams.
• Strong leadership skills to manage immediate and broader teams and multiple direct reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change and complexity in dynamic environments.
• Capable of balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
• Experience leading client and vendor interactions to deliver holistic solutions.
• Understanding and shaping project requirements to ensure alignment of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of projects acting as a delivery lead.
• Plan, problem-solve and deliver to drive excellence.
• Lead delivery team and partner with leaders to achieve objectives.
• Deliver full project lifecycle from scoping to execution and lessons learned.
• Interact with clients, partners, vendors, and across the network.
• Improve processes and procedures based on business objectives to streamline operations.
• Steward and enforce project standards and business management systems.
• Lead/mentor APMs, PMs, SPMs and Program Managers; possibly direct reports.
• Foster client relationships and build opportunities for new business.
