OneSource Virtual is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Management & Innovation to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and partner ecosystem for the employee benefits and financial wellness portfolio.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, employee benefits, fintech, HR technology, payments, lending, or related field.
Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, portfolio choices, and measurable outcomes.
Experience evaluating and managing external product or technology partners.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to assess market, value, economics, and investments.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve portfolio vision and strategy with target customers and differentiated value propositions.
Establish continuous discovery with employers, employees, buyers, and users to inform prioritization.
Define partner ecosystem strategy and manage due diligence, contracting, and launches.
Own an outcome-based roadmap with prioritization across the portfolio and clear sequencing.
Lead commercialization, pricing inputs, go-to-market readiness, and lifecycle management.
Monitor adoption, engagement, and portfolio performance with evidence-driven adjustments.
Lead and develop team members, setting outcomes and development plans.
