Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is a trusted partner for Workday customers since 2008, seeking an experienced Benefits Account Manager to steward a diverse customer portfolio and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

You will apply your benefits administration and project management expertise to deliver exceptional service, oversee Open Enrollment projects, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles within benefits administration.
• Strong project management skills, especially with technology implementations.
• Deep understanding of employee benefits programs and administration systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience leading customer meetings and delivering effective presentations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• CRM: act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams; onboard and train new customer administrators; ensure clear communication on system functionalities and updates; collaborate with Success Leaders to ensure retention.
• PM: lead Open Enrollment projects; maintain detailed project plans with milestones; coordinate resources; provide status updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Technical Expertise & Consultation: stay current on benefits configurations, compliance, and Workday releases; advise on configurations and best practices; document SOPs and workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: analyze performance data, implement process improvements with Service Delivery teams, share best practices across the team.
