This role drives digital and data analytics product innovation, partners with BU leaders to manage priorities, and builds an efficient product organization while monitoring ROI and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years product development, ownership and management experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the model for product development strategy.
• Create and align product roadmaps with goals, market trends, and client needs.
• Drive digital and data analytics product innovation with high usability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pharma sales, Provider Sales and Account Management to plan priorities.
• Build an effective product organization including management, engagement, partnerships and innovation.
• Improve efficiency in RFP and client implementation processes.
• Monitor ROI and market competitiveness; review business cases and metrics.
