As Sr. Director of Product Management in our Intelligent Z Optimization and Transformation business unit, you will set strategy and oversee a team of Product Managers. You will communicate business strategies, develop compelling product roadmaps, and drive AI strategy across the BMC Automated Mainframe Intelligence suite and other key product lines. You will collaborate with marketing, development, sales, and support teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Design Thinking, client co-creation, and transforming product management practices. Significant enterprise/B2B software experience, strong communication skills, technical background, and knowledge of the mainframe environment are essential. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Required Skills & Experience:
