Job summary

Ambient.ai in San Francisco is seeking a senior product manager to own end-to-end roadmaps for enterprise customers. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to translate customer needs into impactful features.

You will conduct user research, measure success with defined metrics, and guide products from conception to launch, shaping a new category in enterprise physical security.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience for enterprise customers.
• B2B SaaS background with experience working with enterprise clients.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity and dependencies in product development.
• Define and analyze metrics that drive product success.
• Strong communication and project management skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the product roadmap, strategy, and long-term vision with cross-functional teams.
• Drive new feature developments from concept to launch and measurement.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform product direction.
• Establish, monitor, and report on success metrics after deployment.
